Les believes that being an HR Consultant means finding solutions for clients and being there when you are most needed. Experienced in working for SME’s, Charities and not-for-profit organisations he has also spent 20 years as an HR Director in further education.
He is Chair of Governors at a large Primary / Junior School and a Trust Governor for London HE College.
Les enjoys reading history and watching his football team.
